Buddy Isles Jr.

Owner/Operator

Although I have been a part of this business my entire life, ownership was passed down to me by my father in 2017. As a high school graduate and certified fabrication & welder, previously employed by NASCAR, this is truly where I am meant to be. So far, my biggest accomplishment is purchasing the new facility as the first step in the right direction to making my dreams a reality. I manage each employee throughout day to day tasks, while making myself readily accessible to help anyone in the shop, but most importantly the customers. Ultimately, my favorite thing about my job is the variety of vehicles we encounter, resulting in satisfied customers.

“Passion meets perfection”

Morgan C. Isles

Co-Owner/Office Admin

As a graduate of UNCW, holding a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education, I never imagined to end up in the automotive industry, but here I am! Working alongside my husband each day to continue building his father’s legacy, while paving the way to our future. That alone is among the most rewarding things about my role here. In addition, I can be found handling all of the day to day finances, assisting with business marketing plans, and ultimately promoting the business any way possible. With that being said, my biggest accomplishment to date has been learning the entire accounting aspect of the business! I have developed such a passion for this new found career that I have decided to further my education, double majoring in accounting/finance & business administration. I feel that my dedication to making my husband’s dreams a successful reality, experience in graphic design, constant drive to learn new things, and energetic personality make me a valuable part of this team as we work to provide all of our customers with the absolute best automotive service!

Tire & Automotive Team

Buddy Isles Sr.

Retired prior Owner

As a father of three and the creator of this business back in 1976, I have quite a bit to be proud of. I have always had a passion for fixing cars, but it wasn’t until I returned to Littleton, NC from the Army 82nd Airborne, that I started what is now known as Buddy Isles Tire and Automotive. Throughout the years, each of my kids have played a role in the shop, but it is my son that is carrying it from this point forward. This 55,000 sq ft facility is going to be his legacy and I can’t wait to see what all he is able to accomplish with it in his future! That alone is among the most rewarding aspects of my lifelong dedication to this journey. I hope that someday, my daughters may also decide to join him in carrying out our family business.

Angie

Service Manager

Before jumping into this role, I spent over 20 years in a pharmacy, where I picked up some serious customer service skills that I now use every single day. I wasn't totally sure what to expect when I made the switch, but wow - I've learned so much and absolutely love being part of this amazing team! I'm a big believer in teamwork, clear communication, and building real connections with both customers and coworkers. That's what keeps me going! Outside of work, I'm a proud wife, mom of four, and a nana of two, and I wouldn't have it any other way!

I took a leap into a completely new industry and I've loved every unpredictable, hands-on, minute of it! Each day brings something new, and that constant learning has quickly become my favorite part of the job. with a welcoming personality and a creative spark, I've really found my groove in the marketing side of things. Our team treats each other - and out customers - like family, which makes coming to work even better. Outside of the shop, I'm soaking up every moment of being a mom to my daughter and enjoying lake days with my loyal lab, Whiskey. My goal? to be someone my daughter can look up to as she grows up seeing her mom thrive in a male-dominated industry!

Rhonda

Office Assistant

With a solid background in daily office operation, I've really come to appreciate the laid-back atmosphere - especially the lack of a rigid dress code! Comfort goes a long way when you're diving into new systems and lending a hand wherever needed. While some might see this role as a challenge, I find joy in learning new tasks and being helpful. My coworker describe me as professional, polite, and easygoing and I like to think they're spot on! I believe in teamwork, owning up to mistakes, and keeping the drama out of the workplace! Family is everything to me, I absolutely adore my daughter, Tori, and my father, Victor. I'm truly grateful for the friendships and support I've found here.

After spending over four years in the medical field (and several more as a full-time superhero mom), I brought my customer service skills and go-getter attitude to Buddy Isles. I've been blessed to meet new faces and connect with awesome customers. Every day brings something different - and let's be real, no two car repairs are the same- and knowing our customers' vehicles are in great hands makes my job that much more rewarding. I'm a proud mom of four, yes FOUR, daughters, a dog mom to some rowdy to some animals, and originally from Virginia but North Carolina feels like home. Since then, it's been a full throttle! I'm honored to work alongside my wife, Angie, and everything we do is for our family. i take pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, from ordering to receiving parts, and making sure we've got what we need when we need it. Ben

Performance/Restoration Technician

Before joining the Buddy Isles team, I worked at an automotive performance shop where I spent years turning wrenches and bringing custom builds to life. When I saw this opportunity, I knew it was the perfect next step - and I haven't looked back since. I've got a real passion for upgrades, modifications, and all the extras that turn a vehicle into someone's dream ride. Whether it's custom accessories or performance tweaks, I love seeing the transformation and the smile it puts on a customers' face. I get along with just about anyone and take pride in following direction in order to get the job done right. Being part of a clean, family-owned shop where teamwork really matters has made this a place I'm proud to call home!

Daniil

Automotive Technician

Before joining the team, I studied Electrical and HVAC in college and earned both my Freon Certification and HVAC Technician Certification. That background gave me a solid technical foundation, but what I've gained since joining the crew has taken my hands-on experience to a whole new level. There's something new to figure out al the time -  I really enjoy working on all kinds of vehicles and getting to learn from the guys here who've been in the industry for years. that kind of exposure is priceless, and it pushes me to grow every day. I carry a strong passion and big goals, and there's no cap on growth here. There are endless opportunities to thrive and improve. To me, family isn't just about blood - it's the group of people who want to see you succeed. They celebrate the wins and that's exactly how I feel about the culture at this shop!

"Give a man a fish, he can eat for a day. Teach a man to fish and he can eat for a lifetime."

Clif

Automotive Technician

I've been around cars and trucks for as long as I can remember. I grew up in Virginia, and was raised in and around the shop life. At just 10 years old, i turned my first wrench, and I've been hooked ever since. Not only is this facility impressively clean (a rare thing in this of work) and loaded with top-tier equipment, but the people here quickly become more than coworkers. The environment feels like home, and there's nothing better than hearing a satisfied customer at the end of the day. Outside of the shop, you'll find me grilling in the backyard. I share my life with my wife, Darlene, and our son, AJ. Big family, big passion for what I do, and even bigger goals ahead. I'm excited to keep your vehicles safe and this journey rolling!

"If you love what you do, you never work a day in your life."

Collision Center Team

Before joining the team, I had zero experience in the automotive world! Though I've always been arounds cars, my background was strictly in administration. Here, you're never just an employee - you become a friend inside and outside the workplace. there's so much room to grow, and every day brings a new opportunity to learn. I believe when you love what you do and the people you work with, it makes coming to work a joy. My colleagues would describe me as upbeat, eager to learn, and always ready to make decisions. When I'm not making sure you vehicle is in great hands, you'll find me enjoying quality time with my fiancé, Michael, and my little heartbeat, my grandson, Colton. I'm loving this career change and excited to see where this journey takes me!

"Life's not the breaths you take, but the moments that take your breath away."

Jonathan

Auto Body Technician

I've grown up around a garage my whole life - whether it was learning from my dad or working on my own vehicles over the years, I've always enjoyed tackling new tasks. Before joining the Buddy Isles team, I worked in machinery, where I maintained computer systems and performed maintenance on heavy-duty equipment. Now, I'm loving the chance to dive into the different components of every vehicle year, make, and model while building relationships with my awesome coworkers. Outside of work, one of my favorite hobbies is spending time with my dad and getting outdoors. I'm excited to meet new people and explore the area!

Phil

Auto Body Technician

I'm what you'd call a "car junkie" through and through! For as long as I can remember, cars have been my passion. So what better trade than one where I get to do exactly that every day? While I've got some experience in collision repair, nothing compares to what I've learned here. Each task I tackle lets me bring my creativity and mechanical skills together to restore a vehicle to its original -sometimes even better - condition. the best part? No two days are the same, and the diversity of vehicles keeps me on my toes. the team I work with is incredible too; they challenge me to expand my knowledge and help me grow both in and outside the workplace. I've got a strong work ethic and I believe that's what makes me as asset to our team. I hope my dedication will show my five kids that with hard work, you can achieve anything you set your mind to!

Mary

Store Manager/Outside Sales

I had absolutely zero automotive experience when I started - I actually came from the jewelry industry! I made the switch be to closer to home, and honestly, it's been the best kind of unexpected adventure. My favorite parts of the job? Hands down, my amazing coworkers, and the incredible customers I get to see. Plus, as a bonus, my three-legged dog, Tank, gets to tag along with me some days, and he's basically the unofficial store mascot. I'm super driven, high-functioning, and let's just say chaos is basically my middle name. Outside of work, I'm counting down the days until I marry my best friend, Tucker. when we're not working, you'll find us soaking up all the Tank snuggles and enjoying the finer things in life - like quality porch sitting time!

I'm all about keeping the lines of communication open, making sure you're up to date on the latest deals, and giving you a reason to keep coming back for the best service in town. Bill

Lead Counter Associate

After 20 years running my own auto parts business, I made the move to B&M. As the OG of Littleton, I've seen it all and love the daily challenges that come with the parts business, especially the chance to pass my knowledge down to my coworkers. The teamwork here is unmatched, and it's what keeps me motivated each day. I'm also thankful for the opportunity to build strong relationships with my customers and help them find exactly what they need. When I'm not at work, you'll find me spending time with my wife, Pattie, my two sons, three stepdaughters, and seven grandkids...what can I say, I'm always busy. there's never a dull moment!

I'm a senior in high school, and this part-time gig has turned into a daily adventure where i learn something new every day. It pushes me to give 110% in everything I do. I'm super excited to keep growing and soaking up all the knowledge the automotive world has to offer. Family means everything to me, especially my parents! I'll miss my coworkers especially Mr. Bill, when I head off to college in just a few short months!
