Buddy Isles Jr.

Owner/Operator

Although I have been a part of this business my entire life, ownership was passed down to me by my father in 2017. As a high school graduate and certified fabrication & welder, previously employed by NASCAR, this is truly where I am meant to be. So far, my biggest accomplishment is purchasing the new facility as the first step in the right direction to making my dreams a reality. I manage each employee throughout day to day tasks, while making myself readily accessible to help anyone in the shop, but most importantly the customers. Ultimately, my favorite thing about my job is the variety of vehicles we encounter, resulting in satisfied customers.

“Passion meets perfection”

Morgan C. Isles

Co-Owner/Office Admin

As a graduate of UNCW, holding a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education, I never imagined to end up in the automotive industry, but here I am! Working alongside my husband each day to continue building his father’s legacy, while paving the way to our future. That alone is among the most rewarding things about my role here. In addition, I can be found handling all of the day to day finances, assisting with business marketing plans, and ultimately promoting the business any way possible. With that being said, my biggest accomplishment to date has been learning the entire accounting aspect of the business! I have developed such a passion for this new found career that I have decided to further my education, double majoring in accounting/finance & business administration. I feel that my dedication to making my husband’s dreams a successful reality, experience in graphic design, constant drive to learn new things, and energetic personality make me a valuable part of this team as we work to provide all of our customers with the absolute best automotive service!

Buddy Isles Sr.

Retired prior Owner

As a father of three and the creator of this business back in 1976, I have quite a bit to be proud of. I have always had a passion for fixing cars, but it wasn’t until I returned to Littleton, NC from the Army 82nd Airborne, that I started what is now known as Buddy Isles Tire and Automotive.

Throughout the years, each of my kids have played a role in the shop, but it is my son that is carrying it from this point forward. This 55,000 sq ft facility is going to be his legacy and I can’t wait to see what all he is able to accomplish with it in his future! That alone is among the most rewarding aspects of my lifelong dedication to this journey. I hope that someday, my daughters may also decide to join him in carrying out our family business.

Rhonda Bobbitt

Administrative Assistant

With a solid background in daily office operation, I've really come to appreciate the laid-back atmosphere - especially the lack of a rigid dress code! Comfort goes a long way when you're diving into new systems and lending a hand wherever needed. While some might see this role as a challenge, I find joy in learning new tasks and being helpful.

My coworkers describe me as professional, polite, and easygoing and I like to think they're spot on! I believe in teamwork, owning up to mistakes, and keeping the drama out of the workplace! Family is everything to me, I absolutely adore my daughter, Tori, and my father, Victor. I'm truly grateful for the friendships and support I've found here.

Service Advisor

After spending more than four years in the medical field, and several more as a full time superhero mom, I brought my customer service skills and go getter attitude to Buddy Isles. I have been blessed to meet new faces and connect with some truly amazing customers.

Every day brings something different, and no two car repairs are ever alike. Knowing our customers and their vehicles are in great hands makes my work feel even more rewarding. I am a proud mom of four daughters, a dog mom to two German Shepherds, and originally from Virginia, although North Carolina feels like home now. I am grateful to be part of a family owned business that believes in real connection, and I am excited to grow right alongside it.

With over 30 years in the automotive industry and Ford Certifications under my belt, I brought my tools, training, and love for problem-solving to this awesome, family-oriented team. I may be from out of state, but this crew and the community have made me feel right at home.

I take pride in being dependable, detail-oriented, and always ready to tackle a challenge. Working alongside a team that values collaboration is the icing on the cake. Outside of work, I enjoy life with my wife, Liz, and our family, and we are excited for all the good things ahead in this next chapter.

Clif Lewis

Automotive Technician

I’ve been around cars and trucks for as long as I can remember. Growing up in Virginia, the shop was my second home, and at just 10 years old I turned my first wrench and have been hooked ever since. This shop is not only impressively clean and loaded with top-tier equipment but the people here quickly become more than coworkers.

There is nothing better than seeing a satisfied customer at the end of the day. When I am not under the hood you will find me grilling in the backyard with my wife Darlene and our son AJ. Family, passion, and hard work drive everything I do, and I am excited to keep your vehicles safe and the journey rolling.

I’m from Franklinton, North Carolina, and have been in the marketing field for 10 years. As Marketing Director, I love what I do and enjoy connecting the community with our team.

Outside of work, I spend time with my boyfriend, Troy, and our four dogs, often riding the trails on ATVs and dirt bikes.I’m passionate about building relationships, creating meaningful connections, and bringing energy and enthusiasm to everything I do.

Mike Delisle

Automotive Technician

Mike has built his life around hard work, loyalty, and a love for everything from engines to German Shepherds. When he’s not at Buddy Isles Tire & Automotive, he’s at home breeding shepherds and spending time with his wife Leah and their two sons.

Both he and Leah served as Marines, and their son now proudly carries that tradition forward as a fifth-generation Marine. Mike thrives at Buddy Isles because no day is the same, and he gets to work on just about anything that rolls or floats, whether it’s a car, a boat, or an RV. It’s the kind of honest, hands-on work that keeps him motivated and ready for whatever comes next.

Jonathan Haddox

Quality Control Specialist

I have grown up around a garage my whole life, learning from my dad and working on my own vehicles along the way, always enjoying the challenge of tackling something new. Before joining the Buddy Isles team, I worked in machinery, maintaining computer systems and performing upkeep on heavy-duty equipment.

Now I love getting hands-on with the different components of every vehicle, regardless of year, make, or model, while building great relationships with my coworkers. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my dad. I am excited to meet new people and explore the area.

“It doesn’t matter what you drive. They all fall apart one day.”

Phil Cordero

Autobody Technician

I’m a car junkie through and through, and for as long as I can remember, vehicles have been my passion. There is no better trade than one where I get to work on cars every day.

While I have experience in collision repair, nothing compares to what I’ve learned here. Every task lets me combine creativity and mechanical skill to restore a vehicle to its original, sometimes even better, condition. No two days are the same, and the variety of vehicles keeps me on my toes. The team I work with is incredible, pushing me to grow both on and off the job. I have a strong work ethic, and I hope my dedication shows my six kids that with hard work, you can achieve anything you set your mind to.

Mary never expected to end up in the automotive world, but it found her in all the right ways. As our Promotion Specialist, she discovered a passion for helping people find exactly what they need, and with her friendly personality and natural talent for connecting with others, she likes to joke that she could sell ice to an Eskimo.

Away from work, Mary enjoys home life with her husband Trevor, their dog Tank, and the niece and nephew she adores. She cares deeply about her community and loves cooking, hosting family and friends, and creating lasting memories around the table with good food and good company.
