Your vehicle has been damaged and now you must go through the hassle of getting it fixed right?...Wrong! The process of dealing with insurance and rental car companies after your vehicle has been damaged can be frustrating, but we make the process as smooth as possible.

Step 1. No-Wait Reception

Upon arriving for your estimate appointment, you will be requested to fill out a simple form and await your damage estimate. Feel free to a complimentary cup while you wait.

Step2. Damage Appraisal

Your vehicle’s damage appraisal (estimate) will be completed by our estimator who is an experienced licensed auto damage adjuster, using our state-of-the-art computerized estimating software. This will not only reduce the time needed to appraise the damages but will also insure the most accurate estimate possible.

Step 3. Claim Review

If your damages will be taken care of by an insurance carrier, our estimator will submit the estimate and digital photos to the insurance company and acquire authorization for repairs. Once authorized, we will call you to schedule you for repairs.

Computerized Free Estimates

• We will visually inspect and prepare a computerized estimate that includes digital photos of the damages. If you are filing a claim with insurance, our computerized estimates and digital photos can be transmitted electronically to the insurance company, speeding up the approval process. Sometimes, damage may not be easily seen, any additional damages will be addressed once we completely disassemble the vehicle, these hidden damages will be addressed with you and/or the insurance company prior to proceeding with the repair process.

Our trained auto body technicians can repair major collision repairs and have the expertise and equipment to adhere to factory repair procedures returning your vehicle to pre-accident like-new condition. To make the process as painless as possible, we also work with the insurance company to make sure the repair process goes smoothly from start to finish. Unibody & Frame Repairs
