What's the interview process look like?
We believe in finding the right fit - not just for us, but for you too. Our Hiring Process is designed to be transparent, hands-on, and mutually beneficial.
- Shop visit - You'll visit our shop during business hours to meet the team, see our workflow, and experience our culture firsthand. Ideally, this happens in the morning hours so you can see how we kick off the day.
- One-on-One - you'll sit down with the Department Manager to discuss the details; compensation, expectations, and long-term opportunities. If everything aligns, depending on the role, we'll give you an opportunity to turn wrenches alongside us for a half or full day. This lets both of us see if it's a great match! If not we'll stay in touch, because in this industry, you never know when the right opportunity will come around!
Automotive Technician

Service Advisor
As a Service Advisor, you're right in the middle of all the action - customers on one side, techs on the other, both counting on you to master the sales process and keep things running smoothly. It's no easy job, but with the right attitude and drive, we'll turn you into a sales powerhouse that both our customers and team can rely on!
Do I Need to Know About Cars?
Nope! Honestly, we almost prefer that you don't. Our most successful advisors have been passionate about sales and customer service - the car knowledge? We can teach you that! While some background in cars is helpful, it's not requirement for this role.
What Does a Service Advisor Do?
Your job is to be the trusted expert for our customers, helping them understand what their vehicle needs. We believe in and teach Preventative Maintenance because we know the best way to keep cars running affordably is by staying ahead of repairs - not waiting until something breaks. As a relationship-builder, you'll work alongside customers, guiding them toward smart, informed decisions about their vehicle's care.

Collision Estimator
Ah the Collision Ninja - actual ninja status is not required, but the ability to juggle a million moving parts and turn chaos into excellence definitely is. As our Collision Manager, you're the one making sure everything runs smoothly, from estimates to repairs to final completion. No pressure!

Auto Body Technician
